The dollar softened further in N.Y. trade on Wednesday, taking EUR-USD to four-session highs of 1.1446, from opening levels near 1.1400. USD-JPY came under further pressure as risk-off markets weighed. Talk from BoJ chief Kuroda, who played up prospects of further easing had little impact, as USD-JPY made session lows of 1.0842 in the aftermath of the comments. USD-CAD dipped under 1.2850 following a surprise draw in U.S. crude oil inventories, and a subsequent surge in WTI oil prices. Cable found support into 1.4425, managing highs of 1.4488.
