LOS ANGELES —- After a week of apologizing and crying, Kanye West capped off his busy February by announcing the name of his upcoming seventh studio album

The 37-year-old headline magnet unveiled the album title — So Help Me God — and cover art on Twitter on Saturday night, which naturally incited waves of love and hate.
